Committed dozen elected - new elections in the Association for the Promotion of the Former Kitzingen Synagogue.
At the annual general meeting of the Association for the Promotion of the Former Kitzingen Synagogue on March 26, 2025, the extended board for the next two years was elected quickly and unanimously under the leadership of Richard Scharnagel and Karl Wolf.
First Chair Margret Löther, Deputy Chair Irma Karl, Treasurer Achim Bambach, Advisory Board member Jesko Dohna and Advisory Board members Barbara Friedmann, Ellen Klaus, Marita Schwab, Claudia Großmann-Gonschorek and Claudia Meyer-Dündar were re-elected. Claudia Seipel (secretary), Ariane Ochmann and Andrea Liehm-Wild were newly elected to the team from among the long-standing members. Peter Hess and Josef Gerspitzer continue to be responsible for auditing the accounts. Gerlinde Wagner and Gerti Vielweber will join the office team from among the board members. The Chairwoman thanked everyone for their willingness to do meaningful voluntary work and gave the motto "Everyone gives what they want and can".
